Ink is a play on Inc. Because all real estate contracts require ink (signature) to be valid, I.e. To be inked. Initially, I visualized an old inkwell but I want to appeal to younger first time homebuyers and urban professionals who ink everything online via iPads, etc.

Red & yellow are most visible outdoor colors for signs but I also keep coming back to royal blue & black so let the design choose from any combo of these colors or if something great comes to mind I still want to see it

    I like that design #13 incorporated the stylus and I like design #4 as well as 8 & 9 for simplicity. I am not crazy about the house part, its very typical for real estate. It is a boring name outside of the twist on Ink and i'm really looking for something that plays that up a little. I think 10& 11 are too busy. I appreciate everyone's work, please feel free to ask me questions.
