This book's content is very counter cultural. Quote from the book: The number one reason people don't reach their goals is because they are not equipped to handle the stress they will face on the path to achievement. This book is full of amazing stories, lots of science, and practical application. StressProof is about being in training physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to become stronger so you can handle what is thrown at you so that you can be more successful in business, family, relationships, and in life in general.

Cover should be Fresh and clean. Not cluttered. A person should feel intrigued when they see the cover. This book takes them on an educational and inspiring journey.
