1) Insight has two uses - one is that of "insight" . . . getting education, etc. "a deep understanding of a person or thing" The "thing" in this would be home buying.
The other is: "in sight" . . . having something in sight, "visible" -- such as home buying.
2) This will be a site for Home Buyers who want information about the home buying process. They will have free access to home buying information, home buying education, real estate agents, etc.
