This logo should convey action, adventure and freedom. However, I don't want it to be too extreme as my niche market is adults who want to explore the outdoors and gain a sense of adventure but whom might be afraid or unequipped (resources or knowledge) to do so.

Orange and black are the primary colours to represent adventure and enthusiasm. It is an option to add green to represent the outdoors (if it works well).

The business name (Dare to Act) should be the focus of the logo and speaks the logical side that wants change and action. The slogan (Because it is important to you) speaks to the emotional side that is stems from core values. The font used should represent this concept.
The logo should give a sense of taking a leap of faith, being adventurous and living a fuller life. It should give hope, courage and encouragement.
