we are a growing development company that builds retail and professional buildings for lease and purchase. we want a simple design/logo that will convey confidence and stability, and will be able to be put on outdoor signs with ease. we are NOT a construction company, but a developer.

I also have another company which is Miranda Holdings Inc, and if you somehow made the logo where "Miranda" was the focus and then either Development would go under it small case, or Holdings small case, etc. Then if I started additional companies, the logo would always stay the same, but the subisdiary would just change. Like Trump, only a lot smaller!

    I would like to see some more designs without buildings, like #5 with either a unique logo or the use of Miranda as the logo

    #9 I like the clean look of the logo, but struggling with it not conveying a 'development company', not a knock out though. I like a more linear look, maybe move the logo to the left and try to change the items on each side of Develpoment

    #5 is nice and symetrical #10 is out of balance with logo too high when compared to the words #24 would look better without red, looks like poker chips

    Our company does not do residential, so any logo that looks like a house is not what we are looking for.
