Catering Company / Promotional Platform for Local Producers of Fresh and High Quality Foods in the UK.
They are based at High Profile Expos, Conferences and all Major Consumer Events.
The food we source is cooked and sold to the public and promoted and retailed through our website where we also promote the producer with a mini biography. We of course only select award winning, high quality (sometimes organic) food.
The events we attend are all higher profile like "The Ideal Home Exhibition" and "Royal Ascot" - Think Royal, Upper Class, Corporate.

I would not at this point rule out any type of design. You have the brief, we want something original and sophisticated. A few Google Results will provide you with enough examples to get going. We are looking for a great idea for branding that will follow through from the Logo, to Business Cards, to Letter Headed Paper to the idea needs to be For Web and Print.
