Tagline

Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

This logo is for a civil engineering and design company. The following are some rough ideas of what I'm looking for:

1) The look needs to be clean, sharp, and professional.
2) I would prefer to have "North Bay" be larger text on top with "Civil Engineering and Design" in smaller text below it. But if you come up with a different look or format that is fine as well.
3) I would like some kind of symbol as well. It could be the letters of the company (NBCE) or some other symbol.
4) If you use a symbol, I would prefer that it not be clip art. I would rather it be some kind of abstract shape or design. (Please see http://goo.gl/IpZMFE)
