Redesign/Update of Existing Icons

These two icons will be used two recognize a member accomplishment. They will be used on the member's website, printed on their books and used in their press materials. They will also be made into lapel pins.

The FINALIST icon should be primarily silver. The WINNER icon should be primarily gold. The oval shape of the icon is fine, unless some other shape works best. They MUST both include the image of the RITA statue.

The icons MUST include the image of the RITA statue. I will upload the RITA statue into the file.
There will be two icons - one for FINALISTS and one for WINNERS. The finalist icons is primarily silver and the winner icon is primarily gold. They can be the same image - just rendered in colors that make it obvious that one is a FINALIST and the other is WINNER.
We are looking for a more sophisticated, professional look for these icons. One of our staff members designed the existing images about five years ago and we just feel that the design could be better rendered by a professional artist.
Please keep in mind that the icons will be to be able to be printed, made into silver and gold lapel pins, used on the internet and used in printed material. We will need a variety of resolutions for each of the two designs.
