I am an insurance defense personal injury attorney offering services Litigation testimony from Plaintiffs, Co-Defendants, fact witnesses, before and after witnesses, records custodians, and expert witnesses. Conduct examinations under oath of your carrier’s insureds. Attend mediation, pre-suit and post-litigation, and advocate you client’s position in an attempt to effect settlement in a global setting or with individual litigants. Provide summary of the testimony, including analysis of the witness’ appearance and recommended future discovery. I will work on an hourly basis or under a fee sharing arrangement.
I am open to unique and creative. I do not like really busy sites – simple over crowded. I like color and interesting visuals. Words are fine if they have relevant meaning. I don’t like too complicated or confusing.

i have found some good website from attorneys in Seattle Washington
http://www.grahamdunn.com/ - this one is very creative, i think, but i don't have a cool office
I envision tabs including home, attorney, contact, fraud/results/significant cases, and something else creative. I would consider quotes/ statements such as “Let me question the witness;” “The cornerstone of a solid defense is a thorough Plaintiff’s deposition” “Teaming up with you to meet your individual practice and file needs;” “Through me, allowing you the opportunity to conduct the discovery needed to properly evaluate your case and defend your client;” and “Gather the evidence necessary to formulate your defense theory in a format usable during/at trial.” I would use video and photo as recommended.
