This is software as a service targeted to brick & mortar monogramming retailers. The service aids the retailer's customers in the selection of monogramming fonts and styles at a kiosk setting. Automating this process saves the retailer time, increases their customers experience in the store and offers a way to up-charge certain orders. Manual orders are full of missing data needed and jobs are stitched incorrectly often because of the lack of clear directions to the person actually monogramming the item. The design is about discovering a solution to a problem retailers became used to.
