  The 4 info sheets all need to have a uniform top border with title and logo. They are meant to be stacked on top of each other in a folder. THen the customer can pick which sheet to pull out and read.

  Creative Brief Title editable brochure (tri-fold or z)+editable ad sheet+ 4 info sheets+appointment card+doorhanger Subtitle Penn-Mar Floors Tagline Flooring Customers since 1964 Details Details We need to create an 8 1/2 x 11 trifold or zfold brochure, as well as 4 info sheets to be inserted into pocket folders, and editable ad sheet, appointment card, and doorhanger. Info for the brochure and sheets can be obtained by visiting our website at www.pennmarfloors.com. We will also upload our logo and file folder images. We have several images of jobs we completed which should be used for the photos. The brochure should be in a format in which we can easily manipulate text as seasons, target audience and sales change. The info sheets will sit on the right side of the folder for pull out. We are thinking that they will vary in length with the back sheet being 8.5 x 11, the 2nd being 7.5, the 3rd being 6.5" x 11", and the 4th being 5.5 x 11. NOTE: I have uploaded files with the details for the info sheets. They just need to look creative with editable text areas. The ad sheet will be 8.5 x 11 on the opposite side of the folder and will highlight current sales and promotions. It needs to be editable. I uploaded a sample one from empir floors. it is pretty good. just change to our photos, contact info and colors (black/white/lime green.) The appointment card will be used for customers to fill out and request a "measure" in their home. I uploaded a sample. white background. The doorhanger should be simple and attention getting. I am uploading the previous one we used. 4.25: x 11". no creative shapes. Use bullet point on brochure instead of paragraph of description. Use logo and signature photo and locator map.

  #14 is the best back page. I really like the bigger street sign on the map. (the map is just for demo, right? it doesnt look like the correct streets.) Ribbon effect is great. Please use the uploaded logo.

  #12 door hanger is good. Let's add a small map location, increase logo size, delete We feature lifetimetime...paragraph. Can we work in the bullet list on the brochure? I t can be in sevral columns. Just class A contractor is fine (lead/asbestos abatement builder can be deleted.)

  11 is better. thank you. I still think the ribbon is way to heavy and the curves are too round. I need the pictures to be the stars. And we sell floors...so floors must be dominant in all pictures. i do like the way you made space for customer referrals. on back cover, swap white couch and play room photos. decrease playroom photo size.. Increase white couch photo. It should takeup at least 1/3 of the panel.

  Please use uploaded appointment card info to create appointment form. Please use uploaded doorhanger and improve upon. Please see uploaded ad sheet. I am pretty happy with this general layout. Just make a similar feel to the brochure.

  I like 9 best so far. The ribbon is a bit heavy. Put the playroom photo on back next to playroom bullet point (can be 1/4 of the size). Should say evening hours available by appointment. Need at least one wood floor photo. would like to include red backsplach photo. Bathroom photo inside is too big. would rather have more photos. on inside, use penn-mar logo above Flooring in middle panel.

  uploadeed street sign photo and playroom photo. Would be great to have street sign as small thumbnail on locator map. Would like small thumbnail of playroom on brochure as well.

  I like the ribbon effect on #3. I like the multiple room scenes on #4. #4 cover is my favororite for proportion. I want logo bigger, but want to stick with logo I uploaded. Map of Location with on #7 is better than #4 (don't like Address balloon.) If anything, maybee should have balloon of street sign photo. I will upload that now.. #7 brochure inside is great! just want more room scenes.
