We wish to update an interface to a newer more visually appealing look. We want the background to be mostly white, it can have texture, but very soft. This is where our clients will log in to to create a support ticket. So we want it really easy to use, and to make them feel like we care.
The layout: (must easily fit on an ipad without resizing, or a small laptop)
You can update the look of the tabs on the top left (the my issues, training, checksheets)
And the home/newticket
We want update the severity 1-5 numbers to look nicer and they should be the first thing you choose.
Then your name (first last)
Then your email address (full email)
Then your cellphone (for texting replies to)
Then your store number or id (to know exact location)
Than a one line description of your problem
Then a larger area to describe your problem in more detail
Then an attachment option
Then a submit button and cancel button
