  Maybe something like this...that shows a nature trail, but with subtle houses in the middle Google this to see the logo: Ingleborough Estate Nature Trail It shows a nature trail but perhaps we could incorporate houses in the middle or in the distance behind the nature trail?

  Some possible ideas... Maybe try a tree (oak? or cypress?) with a craftsman-style bird house hanging from a branch? Maybe use a small bird of some type perched on a branch?

  From what I have seen thus far, I like the simple designs that incorporate some form of nature, such as a leaf or a tree or a tuft of grass. I don't like the images that look like we are in the mountains...that's not what we are going for. Keep the designs simple and highlight the symbol of nature. Any refernce to houses should be secondary, and more subtle. Background should be all white.

  #4 is on the right track. Has clean reference to nature. Subtle reference to house Colors could be improved but a great start
