I want something that is clean and simple and will look good on merchandise such as t-shirts, koozies, etc. Possibly will have live music and have country western dance area, and also a sports bar with wings, burgers, steaks, etc.

If you go to Google and look up tavern logo images it will bring up many of the types and designs that are similar to what I like and want. For those that do not know, the state of Texas is called the Lone Star State. Also the Texas State flag is Red White and Blue. This is the idea behind the term Line Star Tavern. It is a Texas branded sports bar or dance hall. Please keep that in kind when doing logo ideas.
