Clearwater is a temporary legal staffing company based in Washington, DC. We will place temporary attorneys and other legal staff at law firms and corporations in the Washington, DC Area (eventually, beyond). Though we specialize in recruiting and placing temporary attorneys, we also place foreign language reviewers, e-discovery consultants, project managers, legal assistants, and translators. We offer our candidates enthusiastic support in their job search, given them a launch pad to top contract assignments and on the path to a successful legal career. We also provide the manpower and solutions to navigate the very complicated waters of the E-Discovery world. Julian was a top sales producer nationally in the legal staffing market before becoming president of Compliance, one of the nation’s premier legal staffing and document review firms. Julian graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1991 and spent four year practicing government contracts law and litigation in Venable’s McLean Office. Julian started in legal staffing in 1999 and developed client relationships throughout DC, Northern Virginia, and New York. Julian became President in 2008, and continued to mold legal staffing and document review in ways to best serve the DC law firm industry. Julian’s philosophy is based on providing the same enthusiastic customer service to contract employees that he is known to provide his clients.
