Anthony Joseph Real Estate is a full-service, boutique real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential and luxury properties. Our primary mission is to combine the top agents, cutting-edge technology, and a new way of doing business to better serve our customers. Anthony Joseph is a new breed of brokers. We're changing the face of real estate by empowering and educating our clients so they can make an informed decision to live where they love.
With Anthony Joseph, it's not about the transaction; it's all about serving our clients.
Establishing Anthony Joseph as the most trusted real estate firm, our agents are fully transparent throughout the buying and selling process. This allows for smoother transactions, shorter sell time, and access to the information and knowledge that is relevant. It also means buyers and sellers play a more active role in the process.

Draft #123: Very simple logo that successfully speaks to what I am promoting. Please change the word ‘real estate’ to grey or a deeper red (the red used in draft #123 looks too orange). I love ‘ANTHONY JOSEPH’ and the text style. Try a grey and black roof and a grey ‘real estate’. Then try adding a line on each side of ‘real estate’ (centered on the R and e; ex. ------REAL ESTATE----- but a solid line) Draft #111: Like the idea of this logo but the houses look like warehouses to me. Try manipulating the images to look more like your traditional home. Try image to left of Anthony. Draft #104 and #107: Use front style from Draft #123. Try to incorporate red into the logo.

Draft #98: NO Palm Trees. Try a few variations of this logo. I like the white lettering of Real Estate. Draft #94: ‘Anthony Joseph’ doesn’t pop. Like the text in #93. The image is reminding me of a bird house. Try removing the red circle and adding a door. Draft #93: Try ‘Anthony Joseph’ in a more traditional front. Draft #85: I like the layout of draft #71 better (image on left hand side). Try playing around with the front and location of ‘real estate’. Draft #85: I like the idea of this logo. Try ‘real estate’ spaced out more (to equal the length of ‘Anthony Joseph’ and/or another suggestion. Draft #71: I would like you to try a few different fonts.

Draft #76: Text is too modern; try changing the style of the text. I like the way the colors are used. Draft #75: Do not like cursive lettering (as stated in my description). Try a different text style and ‘ANTHONY JOSEPH’ should be in all caps. Draft #75: ‘ANTHONY JOSEPH’ should be on the same line, all caps, same color, and spelled correctly. Draft #73: Really like the font used in this design. Please spell ‘Anthony’ correctly. I also like the location of Real Estate. The house is okay; try it smaller. Draft #71: This one is catching my eye. I would like to see other variations. First I see ‘ANTHONY MALLOZZI’, second I see the logo, and then I see Real Estate (I like this sequence). Draft #69: Try the house on the left hand side of Anthony and make it smaller. Draft #68: This is very close to want I want but I do not love the ‘Y’ in ‘Anthony’. Draft #67: I like the front but the image reminds me of an airline logo. Draft #66: Image is too large. ‘Anthony Mallozzi’ should be the first thing you register when looking at this logo. ‘ANTHONY MALLOZZI’ should be in all caps. Try to re-work this one. Draft #65: Image is too large. ‘Anthony Mallozzi’ should be the first thing you register when looking at this logo. ‘ANTHONY MALLOZZI’ should be in all caps.

Update....I like Draft #53,52, 60, 47, 48 Draft #53 is leading the way. Nice font. Please remember it is about seeing ANTHONY JOSEPH First then logo then the word real estate. I would like the logo to be smaller not LARGER AND DISTRACTING. in #53 the AJR is a little big and I'm not sure about the sword like lines. It looks good though for now. Draft #47 is nice since it is a smaller logo between the words nice job Draft #52 spell check is growing on me but class it up a bit remember my demographic in my description. I dont like yellow only red, black, grey, and white. I really want ANTHONY JOSEPH TO BE ON THE SAME LINE. Please read past comments...thanks for the ongoing hard word!

P L E A S E R E A D ANTHONY and JOESPH MUST BE THE SAME COLOR DO NOT POST THEM IF THEY ARE NOT THE SAME COLOR I want 'ANTHONY JOSEPH' ONLY on one line, the black color ONLY, and preferably all caps. The only other color I would do is white letting if and only if the backround was BLACK. Thanks,

General Comment: I want 'ANTHONY JOSEPH' on one line, and preferably all caps. Draft #5: Very creative but it looks like a ski slope not a house with a chimney. Draft #6 & #7: Like 'Anthony Joseph' on one line. Draft #8: I do want an image in my logo. Draft #9: I don't want 'Anthony Joseph' in grey because i need it to pop (try black). The logo window is cool but it looks like it's at the top of a pyramid not a house. I do like the front used in this logo.

Draft #1: Do not like house design and it is too big. Draft #2: Like the location of 'real estate' and how image integrates with 'Anthony'. But not loving the selected house image. Draft #3: 'Real Estate' and house image are too large. 'Anthony Joseph' must be larger than 'real estate'. Try 'ANTHONY JOSEPH' and 'REAL ESTATE' in all caps. Draft #4: House image are too large.
