Describe who/what this design is about

This logo will represent a neurological rehab training system with electrical modality device line that will be used in physical medicine and rehabilitation to accelerate the recovery of sport related injuries. I would like the logo to have a professional modern feel. As long as I like the finished logo, I will then proceed to continue to pay that designer for the NSR- Rehab, NSR-Strength, NSR-Recovery/Restore, NSR-Activate/Stretch device logos

I would like to see the logo in Black, Red, Green, or Yellow for a professional feel start off. I would like the logo to professional modern with a advanced technology medical device system feel. We plan to use this logo as our main logo and then take this logo and add it to our medical device line. Our products include the NSR-Rehab, NSR-Strength, NSR-Recovery/Restore, NSR-Activ
