Describe who/what this design is about

Logo will be used in advertising, on website and stationary. A vector has both momentum and direction. A catalyst is an agent for change. I partner with entrepreneurs to increase their profitability, and free up their time so that they can focus on their passion. I do this by providing consulting and administrative services including project management, bookkeeping, writing, editing, and information processing.

I am seeing some amazing designs. Please remember that I do NOT want the tagline included. A few designers have shown me a black and white option which I find very helpful.
