Describe who/what this design is about

This is a company that specialize within the area of houses, buildings and properties. The employees in a company like this is also known as valuers or surveyors. We estimate the value and condition of private houses, industry buildings and properties. We also prepare damage reports, and estimate the value and the extent of the damage done to all types of buildings. In addition to this we also function as consulting engineers.
Our target groups/ audience are mainly house owners, banks, insurance companies and lawyers.

Hi. I like the way the letters AST stands out. I also like the way AS Takstservice is written underneath, similar to the way it’s done in suggestion number 4, 5 and 10. But I would like you to be a bit more creative, so that AST can be recognized as the main part of the logo. Maybe a house or a building could be a part of it? But it’s important to keep it clean, and the logo should also function in black and white, and in small prints.
