BACKGROUND (Company history, vision and organizational goals):

Company History:

I worked as an aesthetician for several places in Atlanta and Gainesville. In Atlanta, the standard business agreement was a 50/50 split between the salon and the aesthetician. When I moved to Gainesville, the standard split was 70/30. I was taking Statistics in college at the time.

Before my Statistics class, I was of the opinion that the risk/reward of having my own business was not worth it. My quality of life was low. I was only making 30,000/yr and I was working very hard. I did the math and I realized that the people running the business made 70k during that time. I had no benefits, no sick days, and they weren’t willing to pay for further education. I realized that I was leaving way too much money on the table, so I started my own business.

In my first week, I earned what it took me 3 years to get to as an employee at my last salon. I realized that I could never go back.

She’s targeting higher revenue driving services, like micro-blading.

Vision:

I want an old-school 50’s vibe. That’s the era that was the most glamorous and regal in American history. It was a grand time. My business name is not just a name. I lived in L.A. for 8 years. My business’ name makes you feel like you have a little bit of Hollywood in your life.

Goals:

The grand vision is to expand to independently operating a “Salon and Suites”. This is a complete beauty compound. Tattoos, makeup artists, pedicures, lash techs. It would give other people trying to strike out on their own an opportunity to do so. My vision is to be the alpha and omega of beauty needs.


OBJECTIVES (Measurable representations of above goals, e.g. sales targets, # clients/projects):

I’m currently fully booked in terms of time and clientele.

I’m looking to put myself in a position where I don’t have to work so hard. I can’t work as hard as I do forever.

Step 1: Reduce the number of low-revenue aesthetic services, like pedicures and manicures.

Step 2: Drive business towards high-dollar services like lashing, micro-blading, and micro-needling.

Step 3: Begin the transition to a “Salon and Suites” beauty compound. We will do it all when it comes to beauty.

Step 4: Translate that brand power into starting a beauty school. I want to teach new lash techs, micro blading, and micro needling. There is a lot of money in offering education.




TARGET AUDIENCE (Your audiences’ demographics, behaviors, preferences, beliefs, etc.):

The modern woman who is busy and doesn’t have a lot of time. She wants to look her best. She understand the importance of, “if you look good then you feel good.” She may not have a lot of time, but she recognizes the value of that time and money investment.


KEY MESSAGE (Concise statement):

My Tagline is: “Your Beauty is My Business.” My clientele don’t have a lot of time, but they still want to be beautiful. The services that I provide offer instant gratification to the woman who values beauty and her own time.


WHY IS THE COMPANY BETTER THAN COMPETITORS?

Because no one will out-customer-service me. I stand behind the products that I use on my clients. I use the best products. I continuously pour money into my education, despite my long experience. I stand by what I do. I take pride in my work. I give my best.


SUBSTANTIATION (Awards, case studies, project stories, growth rates, testimonials, etc.):

I have testimonials on my Instagram and Facebook page.
I’m consistently booked out 3 weeks in advance. My work speaks for itself. I do good work, so word of mouth has kept me in business.
I have good reviews on Yelp, Facebook, and Google.


RESULTS (Actions that support the sales objectives / preferred contact methods):

I’m promoting the high dollar services on social media. I invest in education to be able to offer the higher-level services. I’m at the point where I’m approaching the cap of what I can achieve with my own time and my own hands. I’m looking to rely on others’ hands.
