Only one color is sufficient. Here are a couple of websites that have nice logos (burlingtonprosthodontics.com and buildyoursmile.com) whereby the logos can be easily be placed on a feature wall or on glass or anywhere else. My logo doesn't have to look like these logos but I just want you to get a sense that the logo should be versatile.
